    I have been here 12 months have been complaining about only having ONE OUTLET leaking roof MOLD, shower don't drain, furnace don't work only electric heat that we purchased, no emergency exit,BUGS someone really needs to come look at this place if I had somewhere else to go I would definitely go

    I have been living here now for 4 years and I'm only here because I have no where else to live. I was paying rent up until Jan 2022 due to my shower not working properly and I have a huge hole in my ceiling. The owners come in and out as they please. When we are gone. I believe they have set up cameras at one point and time but I couldn't prove it. Something needs to be done..I'm tired of begging for help. PLEASE HELP

    ***************************** and ************************ moved into room 8 on March 28th, 2020. There were no complaints from either one of them. They fought all the time and he left in the early spring of 2022, because he found out she was seeing *********************** I was told. I was told some days the ceiling would leak and then told it wasn't leaking and not to worry about it. ******* broke the bathroom sink off the wall. She admitted she had broken it and that she was going to replace it. I was told it was thrown out and it still hasn't been fixed. I didn't know the shower wasn't working right until I received this letter in the mail Saturday 10-1-22. She stopped paying the rent in March 2022. I was informed by ******* that ******* was locking her out of using her card and blocking her from getting cash out of her or their account. ******* always told me she would get it situated and get the rent for me but never paid since March 3, 2022. *********************** had been living with her but I wasn't informed till March 1, 2022 when I asked him to sign the motel papers to live with her and that he and ******* were responsible to pay the rent and the $250 that was still owed from when she and ******* lived with her. I have never walked in theirs or anyones room without at least a 48 and 24 hour notice and without permission. I do not walk in any room without them being there without their knowledge that I will be inspecting the rooms.  There are no cameras outside this motel besides if a room puts one up without my knowledge and then i ask them to take it down or to only get their room, their space, and their property. I have complaints from people living around here that she is always slamming the door, screaming all the time at ****** and people living here. When I try to have a conversation with her she is very rude, she starts screaming at me, she has been accusing me of taking pictures and videos of them when I don't even know how to get to the camera on my cell phone that I only use when I leave the house for emergencies, I was helped with emailing this by ***************************. ****** and ***************************, my granddaughters have been getting harassed, told lies about, ****** and *** used to live in room 10 and they could hear them fighting and pounding on stuff, and they even get screamed at while just walking to the laundry room or even to take the dog out. Today 10-03-2022 ****** seen ******* tried to break some wood thing on the side of the motel by room 8, ****** then left to try to fix her car when she got back ****** revved her engine once for a second to see if it would stall out again, she then sat in her car for a few minuintes trying to adjust her new radio quietly when ****** opened the door and yelled at her to shut the f*** up then blarred some music and him and ******* started talking really loud about something. I have noticed a lot of hoarding in room 8. You couldn't see the heater or the air conditioner in the wall when I was there. They broke the microwave but that was replaced. The chair I had put in the room for sitting has been moved outside without my permission.
