Ordered a jet ski cover for my ******* They sent the incorrect cover. I returned it and they gave me less than half what I paid for it. They said it was now used. I put it on my jet ski, it didnt fit, I called them and they told me I could return it for a refund, but never told me the refund would be less than half.

Mr. ***, according to your messaging with us, you ordered the incorrect cover for your Yamaha. You received the cover that you ordered. Even so, we would have gladly refunded the full purchase price, however what you returned is a cover with an oil stain and we can't sell this as a new cover. You would never accept this cover if you had purchased it and we can't sell this to someone else as new.
