****** helped prepare my body before a major hip surgery by helping release my leg and back muscles that have been bound up for nearly a year due to inactivity in my left leg. I was really impressed by her knowledge of the body and knowing how to work the fascia and I felt like my body was ready for a major surgery and Im going to see her again for follow up soon to keep the muscles happy. I have been to so many massage therapists the last 25 years and you know the ones who technically have a certificate, but no skillCheryl is one of the rare ones that is gifted with knowing your body almost better than you do. She found spots that needed to be released and I felt like she hit every spot that needed attention and more. She doesnt just gently rub her hands on you where you feel like you leave without any work done. Ive walked out the past two times feeling like a whole new person! Her use of essential oils and her knowledge of what works best with your body was impressive as well. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone!

Cheryl is absolutely amazing! I work a very physical job that leaves my back and feet stiff and pained, and all it takes is a session with her to have my whole body feeling flexible and pain free! She is very attentive and remembers little details about her clients that really add to the experience.
