      Please be advised they make you sign a form on their phones which they tell you is a simple signature of them moving your stuff. It's really a statement saying that they owe you nothing for lost, theft. and damages. So say goodbye to your tv's and cherished heirlooms

      *******, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation. According to our records, we moved your items into our storage for you, however, we did not facilitate your move out of storage and we were not the last ones to handle the items in question. During your move into our storage, all items were padded and wrapped in moving blankets and stayed that way until the items were moved out. There were no issues reported to us at the time of move-out and those only came after ****** handled your items. We recommend you check with them as they were the last to move your items to address your issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can resolve your situation with ********
