    My small business cafe works based on the *** system like most businesses, however, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional *** network company in my life where they make you go around in the circle by deceiving!Several transactions are missing. I have contacted Clover numerous times since October 17th and spent countless hours of my precious time in order to figure out as to why and they gave me run around non-stop by perpetual transfers as other reviewers have mentioned! Horrible customer service from *********** and the ****************** regions!Below are the transactions that must be transferred to my account immediately, including the courtesy of free monthly fees of service due to my time.     I open my Foodtruck using Clover a few years back through a third-party company. I paid for my machine outright and found out that it was a complete scam. They took my money and never unlocked my Clover when I asked Clover about it they could not help me at all recently I decided to give Clover another try About a year ago and was told that I could get a free handheld and pay the same rates as I was paying with Square come to find out theres a termination fee that I didnt know about. The lady said that she would just explain the contract to me and I could just sign it. These people are scamming people Out of money that means I wouldve lost $1500 to Clover at the end of the day if I decide not to use it anymore I just want to give this machine back and never trust them again because if they take one more ***** from me Im gonna be severely upset And I will let everybody know that they scam artists

    Changed POS system since May 2022. Contacted Clover and ********************************* Services every month since to cancel services. After long waits and transfers was told multiple times done. However, charges continue to occur both from Clover $45 each month and ******** services (over $160 each month) with no services provided and no response from agent. Tried escalating without success until today when supervisor called me back saying that there are no records of my requests except an August one and that charges were legit even though no services were provided and after I spent hours of calls between the 2 companies. This is not only illegal charges but lack of trust and professionalism. How can you not have records of calls and worse yet call charges legit when no services were provided.

    I am a business owner and Clover POS charged me a $750 cancellation fee to cancel my services that I did not agree to. I called them on August 25th, 2022 to see why they were charging me $750 and they advised it was due to an early cancellation Fee of their services HOWEVER I NEVER canceled my services with them. When I asked them what their next steps were they said they would review the contract, however, they did not have any explanation as to why my services were being canceled. They advised that I called in to cancel my services which I never did, I am the only one under the account and the only one that has access to call them. With everything that happened with ***** my business took a minor halt but I never went out of business or stopped doing business.
