    Rented an apartment form Sled Property Management June 13,2023. Moved me in with no working heating in the unit with the promise that it was being worked on and would be fixed and running within weeks. I was already lied to about how the cleaning. And fixing of my unit. It wasnt cleaned the sink leaked. There were mice. The porch was unsafe. Continued to threaten me with evictions when she was not in compliance with the lease. Constantly telling every tenant who has and hasnt paid rent or what they owe. Our apartment was foreclosed on and then deemed condemned, once we called and complained to the city about the conditions and the lack of effort on the landlords end. So we had to move out. After 6months in the cold and over a month with no water. Due to the pipes freezing cause no one was home using the water because of the freezing cold conditions. So they ended up bursting because they left the water on instead of turning it off once they noticed it was frozen. We had no way to unthaw them. At least 2or more weeks in the summer with no gas. She didnt pay the garbage bill it would sit out side for weeks. She didnt plow, salt, shovel, nothing in the winter. She didnt mow the lawn fill the pot holes. Nor clean the yard of the trash that was hidden on the side of the building after she was informed about it. Once every thing was out in the open she was ignoring everyone and only responded once I told her I was taking legal action. So When I asked about my security deposit, I was told since I was behind on my rent (that I legally didnt have to pay since she was in breach of our lease by not supplying us with the amenities included, heat or water trash etc) I was not getting anything back. I was left homeless with 4 children ranging form 1-11. Im still homeless. Trying to just at least stop this woman from doing this again. She has other priorities that are ran down. She is a slumlord to say the least. She even lied and said rent was stolen form a P.O. Box.
