    I have a Massage Green Spa gift card from the *********, ** location. It went out of business. On www.massageGreenSpa.com, I've contacted the number provided to get a refund and there is no response. Since I first contacted them, all the ******** locations have closed down except the ****** location. Is there any way to get a refund of my gift card?

    I have been a member of Massage Green Spa since 2018 (Even during Covid when the business was physically shut down I continued my membership & paid the monthly dues). Because services were not available or very limited due to short staffing by the spring of 2021 my account balance had a large credit (exceeding well over $1000). I asked if I could gift some of my appointments and was told it was a violation of my contract. As such I attempted to book several appointments for myself and spouse, but had a difficult time getting appointments as they had very few options available due to continued staff shortages. On 8/20/21 I emailed the Battle Creek branch and asked for assistance because there was only 1 available date in Sept & 2 available dates for the entire month of October. I received no response. On 9/8/21 I sent the original email to the Kalamazoo branch asking them to kindly reach out to me (same owner for both locations). On 10/5/21 I still hadn't received a response so I continued the email thread (and sent to both branch locations) asking someone to PLEASE reach out to me regarding my concerns. On 9/2/22 I sent an email to Massage Green Spa Corporate Support explaining the situation, lack of response from the local branch franchisee & asked them to help me get this matter resolved. Appointment options were still extremely limited and I had just discovered the credits on my account had been significantly reduced to approx $300, not from use, but presumably as an effort to clear their books. At that time I asked for a full refund, including the amount they deducted/cleared from my balance. On 9/23/22 I sent my 5th email (and included Corporate Support, ** ************* Branch) stating my disappointment and asked them to contact me no later than 9/30/22. As of today, 10/17/22, I have received NO correspondence from this business. I continually pay my monthly dues for member services that have been seriously hampered due to limited availability.
