    I rented a storage unit. I let them know when I was moving out. They charged me more because they said they couldnt touch my lock. The. They locked me out and sent me nasty letter saying I owed them money and would continue to owe unless I took the lock off. However they locked me out and I couldnt get access without them present. I went in, signed a form for them to take ****** from my account. I took my lock and left. The next day I see they took ****** from my account instead of 115. 00 which I really shouldnt have had to pay since I gave proper notice. As it turns out they did touch my personal lock they made it do my key wouldnt work and had to fix it so I couldnt get in. As it stands I am paying for a full extra month plus a late fee which I should not have accrued since that was after I gave notice. I called and left messages with local and national and not heard back. Theres more as far as poor customer service but I feel like this is a moving out scam they theyve probably been getting away with for awhile.
