Scam artists! Trying to collect debts for over 10 yrs ago! I even paid them off between 2009-2011 through garnishment at my previous employer. Now they are coming after me again saying I've owed them since 2012! I'm fighting this in court and I hope others do the same! They have got to be stopped!

They are so crooked! They promise a warranty on their vehicles but they dont HONOR the warranty. They will find any way possible to NOT fix it. Within 6 months my cars motor was knocking and transmission was slipping and they refused to repair it. Im not going to pay $400+ on a car I cant drive! BEWARE of getting any car from them because all they do is make sure the cars look nice and run ok for a short time so they can rob you blind once they dont fix the big problems and you have no car to drive

This company and the people that run it are corrupt and engage in unethical business practices. They should be shut down, held accountable in a court of law and forced to fork over every ill-be-gotten dollar they robbed from their customers. I got a vehicle in 2011, a 1999 Chevy Blazer. I was behind in payments and they repossessed the vehicle. They sold the vehicle, but said I still owed $6000. In 2015 they began garnishing my paychecks right before Christmas. I called them distraught. After talking to me a bit and finding out I again didn't have a vehicle, they said if I would be interested in taking another vehicle, at no down-payment even, they would wipe the debt away of the first one. I agreed and was able to drive a 2007 dodge durango off their lot a few days later with zero dollars down and a hefty $150 a WEEK payment. I paid on the vehicle for two years when I went through a very rough time and was incarcerated for about a year. I had no one to make the payments for me, so they took that vehicle also (which is understandable and that is not the issue, I agree with that action) however, they sold the vehicle for more than I owed and even stated on my credit report that it was paid in full...a payment after repossession. In 2019, I started being garnished by them once again. Upon inquiry, I found out that they reinstated the previous 1999 Chevy Blazer garnishment!!!! *** Anyways, they've gotten my State taxes every year since then but the wage garnishment had stopped...until fast forward now when I'm doing pretty well, have a really good job, and life is looking up. I've been at my job since October of 2022 and first paycheck of March, I noticed $400 missing from my check. Yep, Magnum Finance *** me again over a loan they "forgave" years before. I grossed over $2000 and after taxes ($431), benefits ($111) and Magmum Finances bullsh*t garnishment ($446) I can't even pay my rent! I'm going to have to file bankruptcy! They should be sued!
