I placed an order with them on May 26. Paid them via Paypal per their instructions.Since then it's one excuse or demand after another. The final straw was their demand just a few days ago for me to pay an additional $250.00 for a "City Fee". I refused to pay it and they used that as the excuse to not deliver my purchase. My purchase was being held hostage for the bogus $250.00 fee.I demanded either my purchase be delivered, or I get a refund. Their response to my demand was: "Bye". I don't have my purchase or a refund.

Motor City ********** **** does not own the website Motorcitygunshop.com It is a fraudulent website and is a scam. We have contacted **** ATF, ICANN & Michigan Attorney General and have not been able to get any help. There is a website on the internet that lists all the Firearm & ammo websites that are fake and will steal your money. If the website does not accept credit cards then you should have known something was not right and you should not have ordered from them. You should be very wary of websites that want payment from methods you cannot recall. ******* should contact Paypal and see if he can get his money back through them, not us.

Sorry you got scammed *******, you should have done some research first. Especially if the deal sounds too good to be true, it always is.

    Sincerely,

    Motor City ********** ****

I can not find a website for MCG "Works", but there is one for MCG "****".  The **** website has a logo at the top that plainly states Motor City Gun Works.      The obvious conclusion is a single company doing business under 2 names, maybe one local store and the other online?                                                                   Also hard to believe that a legit business can't keep such a blatant  use of their business I.D. and information from being used illegally.  I see nothing that proves these are not the same company.  One possibly legit while the other is used to increase profits by scamming people.                                                                           No separate website just seems suspicious also.                                                                                                                                                                                     Sorry, I'm just not convinced yet.
