    Concrete driveway tear out and installation week of 7/24/23, $32,800.Agreement was to raise level of driveway 6" to match level of stairs. Was charged extra for fill and grading to accomplish this. Concrete was poured at old level leaving a 12" gap to stairway. ***** was discussed a number of times with ***** who qouted the job and was there on day one and discussed with ******* and ***** and once again both said no problem raising level. On day of pour, owner, *************************** told them not to raise level, because of garage level interference. No phone call or warning.4 quotes from asphalt and concrete companies all said no problem with raising level so I built my stairs based on this.To fix problem they added a concrete step which is not level and hand rail does not reach.It has now been one month since completion and I have emailed ******************************* 3 times with no follow up other than, we will call, and "thanks for being patient".I am asking for a refund of $1000 for fill medium and extra grading.
