5 starsI am so happy with my new composite deck. Its now a pleasure to go out on the deck and enjoy nature without having to look at that old grungy wooden one. 5 starsI highly recommend this company! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. I found their work ethic high quality and top-notch they were very personable and clearly knew what they were doing. I love that there is a 25 year warranty with no maintenance it makes the price point make more sense. My only tiny little qualm very tiny was in every email exchange never once did The customer service folks use my first name or my last name no part of my name it was clearly personal as my project number was in the subject line and they knew what they were talking about when I asked questions but it was a little odd to me why they never use my name but that was so my new overall they were just top notch stellar every part of it!Review fromDoug S.

Pros: Like the deck a lot. Makes the house look nicer. Got it done in a quick manner. Like the longer box step since the old step was short. Workers were good, friendly, polite, and admitted their mistakes (ground steps). They worked outside in cold weather. Cons: Changed ground step design from plans ended up causing non-optimal layout but acceptable, I guess. Raised edge piece (underboard trim installed too high) had to report twice; currently waiting for scheduled inspect/fix. Box step boards too tight to drain but acceptable, I guess. Disliked being pressured by a today-only deal on sales visit. Offering gift to give 5-star reviews.Overall: Happy with Deck.Green Shield Deck Builders

5 starsWeve wanted a composite deck for years and now have one! **** and his crew from Greenshield Decks were wonderful to work with! They were so friendly and easy to talk with! 5 starsTimely, considerate and professional installation team. Went back to warehouse twice after finding small scratches in the boards. Workmanship was top-notch.
