    I received a broke item and the seller refuses to issue a refund until I pay shipping cost twice on the item or accept 40% refund. The seller claims on their website to resolve all issues in a timely manner but have created a greater cost and time to me the buyer with no honest resolution.

    Hello,

    We offered the customer a prepaid shipping label for them to return the item and would issue a full refund upon receipt of their damaged item. We also offered a 40% refund if they preferred to keep the item. The customer demanded that we pay them $50 an hour for them to return the product. We informed them that is not our sales policy and that when they checked out on our website they checked a box that stated that they accepted these Sales Terms & conditions. It is our policy to issue a full refund for a damaged item upon receipt of the damaged item but we provide a prepaid shipping label for them to return the item. The customer was being deliberately obtuse and unreasonable in demanding that we pay them $50 an hour in labor for them to return the product so that they could receive their refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: they refused a full refund and demand that I take time off work to prepare, package, and drive to the local post office  also I explained I do not have a printer to print labels and pay for supplies
