    My family has been using Reliable Internet's services for roughly six years and it has consistently been sub-par. We have frequent outages and/or moments of incredibly slow bandwidth, and customer support is difficult to reach. On average our internet speed is 2Mbps. We pay $65 every month for this service, which is more than we paid for WOW! Internet for speeds of 250Mbps. The only reason my family uses Reliable Internet's services is because there is no data cap and it is still the cheapest option compared to other ISPs in our area. It truly feels like the owner takes advantage of being one of very, very few ISPs in our town to rake in money while delivering a woefully inadequate service. It's frankly mind-boggling that Reliable charges us more than WOW!'s best service package for something with 0.8% of its bandwidth/internet speeds. Effective, adequate broadband internet shouldn't be impossible for me to obtain simply because I live in a small town and it is frankly heartbreaking and infuriating that this seems to be the case.I cannot in good conscience ever, ever willingly recommend this service. It is terrible, but it is better than nothing - which is not a business model one should strive towards.
