    Company does not show up on appointment day, claims to send someone on a different day, doesn't fill bait stations and notes on invoivce bait stations were not filled, then bills for service. When you tell them to come out on the agreed upon date and fill the bait stations according to the agreement, they dismiss you as a customer.

    ******************** investigated your review. Our impression is that you wanted an exterior only treatment for mice (fill the 4 stations that you own). You only wanted **** to come service the account. We settled on October 9th initially. There was some confusion that occurred. For this service, we can not guarantee an exact date. We frequently bounce the appointments around to create a logistically correct route. We can not guarantee a specific tech. We do this to keep our rate for this service low.If you wanted a specific technician, you do have that option by choosing a Total Replenishment (which is more expensive). I think we assumed you wanted the other service, which is an error on our part. We should have explained this to you. Prior to this appointment, an entire year passed. I believe you got caught up in a policy change. ***** was sent on October 10. He contacted you beforehand and you agreed to let him come. There was no reason to be home. He did fill 4 stations and they were nearly empty. You did get service. After talking to you on December 11th about the unpaid invoice, we decided to write off the account on December 16th. I figured this matter was over. I'm not sure why you are placing a review on January 23. Thank you for your feedback.
