      We had a patio and deck installed in our backyard. My wife and I were pretty new to this and relied on MI Remodelers expertise to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The owner was very communicative throughout the process and advised us on areas where we could save some money, and others where we should spend a little more on quality materials that would last longer. I couldnt be happier with them and will be using them again.

      Had MI Remodelerd come out for a proposal/quote for a roofing job. Representative stated we had three layers of shingles and needed a complete tear off which would require 3 dumpsters. And with that proposal/quote if any wood needed to be replaced it would be $100 a foot.Had two other companies come out after them. I specifically asked how many layers where up there without giving the information we got from MI Remodelers and they stated we only have one layer.When I called back I was told from MI Remodelers that the representative said if we had three layers. The word if was not even in the conversation. He couldnt tell? This information was told to me two days later when I called and asked how long the representative has been doing this. They stated many years. Because of the other 2 companies who came out after and stated we had 1 layer of shingles I felt compelled to write this response.Then MI Remodelers stated we would only need two roll offs instead of three. Why 2 now with 1 layer of shingles, made no sense. Tried to give us another $500 discount, just because of the misunderstanding. No misunderstanding on our end, wrong info given to us in the first place,I could go on but you get the picture. Trying to take advantage of this senior citizen, and no they didnt.

      We have hired MI Remodelers 3 times in the last 3 years and have been very pleased with the workmanship. We had a leak around the chimney which they repaired with a custom made piece. They completely gutted and installed a new bathroom and family room that was destroyed from a pipe leak and it looks beautiful. They also built a new deck. They were prompt and communicated with us along the way. I will hire them again
