    We recently restructured our organization and needed a third party to take an objective look at our QMS. Quality Systems Compliance was contracted to perform an ISO 13485/21 CFR 820 internal audit and Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he provide guidance and clarity throughout the process, he was able to validate several of our concerns and uncovered issues that we were not even aware of. Mark was knowledgeable, personable and professional and the value he brought to the organization is immense.

    Quality Systems Compliance (Mark Durivage) was an absolute asset in helping our company prepare for our forthcoming ISO9001, ISO13485 Audit, & IATF16949 Stage 1 Audit. Mark was contracted to perform our Internal Audits and was able to conduct the audit in a manner that was very beneficial to our team and truly brought an unyielding benefit identifying opportunities that would have otherwise gone undiscovered. He took great care in reviewing the documentation, procedures, and policies and provided professional advice that will serve us well for many years to come. I cannot recommend Mark more; his professionalism, candor, and commitment to the process is unremarkable. 10 STARS.
