5 starsI am very glad I chose ****** Roofing for my home, garage, breezeway and shed roofing. The customer service was fantastic! All the work was completed on time and my property was clean of any debris by the end of the day. All the workers I spoke with while they were working were professional and pleasant! They were also happy to address any questions or concerns I had! I will be recommending everyone to give **** a call!

4 stars**** was very respectful, and his team was professional in their work ethic. I am very happy with the finished product's results. It looks wonderful. Kudos to him and his business. 5 starsI couldnt be more pleased with the great job they did.The crew showed up on time each day. They were very professional, polite, cleaned up the mess each day. It was a very large roof, took 3 days with six guys but it was done correctly. Stripped off the old roof, replaced with current standards and its an amazing job. I had two other estimates on the roof and **** was the only one to walk the roof, show me numerous photos of the various issue and he came in at the best price. 3 starsTHE GOOD - Ryan and his crew were very polite and answered all my questions. I watched the whole process of removing the old and installing the new mainly in the front of the house. I have some experience and the installation was done well. I only found about a dozen or so nails in the yard. The new roof looks good and I feel as though I have a solid roof. Ryan was helpful during the process of picking out the color. He supplied several home addresses where he had installed roofing and we drove around and checked them out. Ryan suggested we use a brown drip edge. We did and it looks good. We appreciated that input. The installation was done about two weeks earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.
THE NOT SO GOOD - A walkdown was done before the crew left to inspect the installation. We looked it over and I didn't have any issues as I had watched them install it. Earlier in the day I noticed black skid marks on the vinyl siding and after asking about it was told they had stuff that would remove the black skid marks. As it turns out, the house siding, walkways, and driveway were not properly protected. The old roofing being shoveled off the roof was falling back against the house leaving black streaks and scratches/gouges in the siding. Ryan was made aware of this and said he was going to send someone over. No one has ever shone up that I know of. It took me a while and several attempts to figure out how to remove what I could so it wasn't noticeable. Mind you my siding is older and a little oxidized so now I have clean blotches on the siding. These marks were up to and over 6 feet up the siding. I still have streaks to deal with on steps and the driveway. I was cleaning out my eavestroughs for the coming rain and I had several loose nails on the roof itself and approximately 3 pounds of old nails in my eavestroughs. Yes, I weighed them. The removal of the roll-off box used for disposing the old roofing took a week to be removed. All of the old drip edge was left behind but fortunately a metal scrapper came by and asked if he could have it so it's gone too. I am extremely sorry for the miscommunication and us dropping the ball on stopping back by. Ultimately it is my fault! I told my guy to ensure we sent a few guys back and figured that took place, however i should have followed up and ensured and that's on me. My apologies!Review fromCathy B.

5 starsWas very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. He removed all the old shingles and replaced with new. He and his workers were very polite and were respectful of our yard. 5 starsExcellent work. Complete tearoff of corrugated metal roof of a 30x78 foot pole barn, install decking and shingles. All done, with a thorough clean up, in about 15 hours over 2 days. I would highly recommend them!Ryan's Roofing & Repair LLC
