      On 3/23/23 my daughter- a young college student - went in today in OUR 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change. Price packages there for a basic oil change for around $50. However, some young man told my daughter there is no option other than oil changes over $75. My daughter then called my husband and put him on speaker and he was told the same thing. My husband explained we have never had synthetic in that jeep the worked got very snotty and ***** with my husband and proceeded to make my daughter feel terrible. I would have had her leave right then for how she was being treated but they had already drained her oil so we had no choice but to have the oil change done. I am extremely discouraged that the prices are lies, what we asked to be done was not and my daughter was made to feel so bad she had to call my husband to speak to someone. This is outrageous and I'm disgusted. Upon speaking to her friends they have also had similar experiences here where young college girls are taken advantage of and treated very poorly.

      ******, I understand your frustration in this situation. The $50.95 price is the base price for a conventional oil change. If your vehicle requires there to be synthetic oil in it, our employees have been directed not to put any other type of oil in the vehicle. It would ruin the engine and we cannot go against manufacturer recommendations. The price for a synthetic oil change is $76.95. I hope this answers your questions wanting an explanation of the pricing. if you were questioning anything further, we would be happy to explain this with a phone call.
