    CATA bus and Spec **** are the most unreliable bus transportation system that I have ever had to use. You need to be on schedule if you are running and working for any transportation system. They have no time management skills, and alot of their employee's, are very underqualified to work there. I am sick of standing out in the cold weather almost a 60 minute extra wait, and they still are not there yet. Sometimes it is longer. Working and running any bus system you need to be punctual only. No matter what the weather conditions are. They should shut their doors.

    Don't count on this service for anything. ALWAYS late, sometimes don't come at all, and if you're one of the last stops on a route when they're late, they'll go right past you. I've used public transportation my whole life as I have vision issues and can't drive, and this company is by far THE WORST. It's so bad I've considered moving from the city. *** buses were more reliable. ******* buses were more reliable. If you're just out for a day of fun, with no time schedule, it might be fine. If you need to get to work or school FORGET IT. You'll want to take the bus scheduled AT LEAST an hour earlier than indicated. And the fact that most routes don't start until almost 7am, and end by 10:15 pm is shocking for a Capital city.
