    This collection agency is prefatory and misleading. This company will file frivolous claims in courts without any knowledge or reconciliation efforts with the consumer. I advised this company of my identity theft experience and instead of being compassionate and assisting they totally disregarded my complaint and filed a lawsuit without merit. This has affected various things in my life and caused great harm for my family future. These types of companies need to be stopped and shutdown because their efforts are simply unethical and disgusting.
