    The project was performed the last 2 weeks in the July 2024 Concrete border already has a crack after 2 weeks, not enough sealer on the concrete some area have none, blacks spots on the new concrete from them that isn't going away that he promise in 7 days. The stairs needs to some more attention. The owner ****** said he guarantee's his work for 2 yrs. We have tried several times to reach out to him about the issues and even sent messages. He answer the first time and we told him about the crack and the other concerns we had he said send me a pictures after that no response. This guy is not a Man of his word, and to ghost your customer's especially with the crack appeared after 2 weeks is Bad Business. He is paid in Full so as of right now we feel we have no leverage. My fear he is out there taking advantage of other customers and putting them on the spot like he did with us. He started the job with no money down, i ask him multiple times, the day the concrete was supposed to be coming he try to hit us with another estimate for additional $5,500 will let just say that didn't go over well and i refused i felt like i was between a rock and a hard place We settle for $14,000 just to keep the project going. When I called him out on Multiple issues during the bidding process his attitude changes area's that he said was included original bid he was now trying to c charge for again bad business. We also have asked him multiples times for a final receipt of payment which he refuses to give us.
