      This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They continuously look for fraudulent ways to add bogus charges to my account. (Auto loan.) I have to constantly fight with them to get the charges reversed. And their customer service is the worst! Their reps are rude and non-responsive, compounding the issues. The latest one would ask me questions and when I started answering her, she would talk over me and not listen to my response. When I called her out on her horrid behavior, she hung up on me!!! I have texted and called 3-4 times today and am put on hold for monstrous wait times. I look forward to NEVER having to do business with them again!!! BEWARE!!! And go elsewhere for your loans!!!
