  My husband and I made the mistake of hiring ******************* and his company in July of 2023 and paid half of the contract upfront ($17,000+ down and $17,000+ after completion). The first lie - it would be completed within 2 monthsseveral months later **** finally started the decknow it is May 3, 2024 and our deck still sits improperly installed and unfinished while he solicits new customers on Facebooks. **** does not follow manufacturer instructions for the installation of his composite decking nor does he communicate with his customers. ***** last attempt to finish the deck was approx 1 week before Christmas with no notice in 20* temps. (Manufacturer specifications are clear on the temperature that these decks need to be installed at - **** doesnt care about your manufacturer warranty as he will ghost you once he has your money.) We were out of town and were made aware that his installers were at our home after the crew ******* called to demand the finally payment - the composite decking is NOT installed properly, already buckling and warping in several areas and the deck boards are not properly supported and the walkout deck has no railings. He refuses to communicated on when he plans to finish the deck leaving us to believe he has no intentions on finishing our deckwe will be forced to pursue legal action. Is this the kind of man and company you want to do business with?

  WOW i don't know why others upset about titanium builder. they did wonder job with our deck. My family willing to hire them for more works around house. I only don't like is the price. Who would like to pay tons. I understand because our price has increased thank to our politic doing. Can't blame them. My family and I never complin if they leave earlier. Probably for bathroom break or lunch. We understand they're human being. Give them time. Also, I prefer if they take their time work on deck than rush. To make it right. Like ***** on tv show "Make it right" Bottomline, I would recommend them and tell them don't listen to hater review.

  They charged us a lot of money for a premium deck with a lot of bells and whistles that we wanted. We got the deck, but none of the details were anywhere close to what was promised.* The failed to pull a proper building permit and then refused to follow up with the county to finish out the process * They stopped responding to phone calls, emails, text or any other form of communication regarding the building permits and all the other items that were missed on the deck * We were supposed to get solar light caps that we paid for. When we asked for a refund on the lights, he stopped responding all together.* We wanted posts to hang lights. We were told by the sales person they would be built into the deck. At the end of the project, we were given boxes of poles that we were told we would have to attach to the deck. First, the railings on our deck are white and these poles were black/dark brown. Second, the poles have tongs on the bottom in order to stick them in the ground. For us to use them, we would have to buy some planter boxes and cement these in to them - additional money that we did not want to spend, and not the functionality (or look) that we were promised. We also asked for a refund for these and have been ghosted on this * Some wood pieces that were used as trim around our front deck have already warped and look terrible.* There is a piece of facia board on the front that has warped * There are pieces of lattice that are not flat * Pop up drains for drainage away from the deck area were not placed far enough out into the yard because the initially mis-measured * The cheap lights they put on the stairs are already falling off.I would not recommend them to anyone unless you are looking for a deck only and even then, make sure you follow up on building permits and dont give final payment until all issues are resolved.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. **** is a thief and has clearly scammed many people out of thousands of dollars. We took him to court, he no showed the hearing, and then filed bankruptcy. He promised to refund us our over payment to us and then ghosted us. We are telling everyone we know about this sham of a business.
