      This company is so badly run, there is no good customer service. They find ridiculous reasons to not pick up your garbage so that the following week they can charge you for extra pick up. This weeks excuse was a box was sticking out of the lid and it was unsafe for the driver to dump.....seriously???? When I do call for extra pick up they try to over charge me sometimes double sometime 5 times the amount, not to mention that sometimes I am charged a tax that is more then the legal tax amount and other times they try to charge me a processing fee.

      These people are crooks in my opinion. Back in Jan 25 on the 9th I called up to get see about getting a 2 yard dumpster for my business. The whole thing was a mess to start off. I spoke with a gentleman named *****. I won't go over how horribly he handled this situation. But I did get this set up and I gave him my debit card number over the phone and he quoted me $120/month. Apparently I didn't set up autopay which I normally do for my bills...that's on me and they stopped picking up my trash last Monday. Which I get. BUt When I went to go pay for this I saw that my bill was $365. What!? So I called today 3/10/25 @ 10am. I spoke with ***** and she said she'd get back with me. 3 hours later she called and then stated that they went over the phone records and said I didn't give me card. She was blatantly gaslighting me because they don't start service unless they get the first payment. So I should only have pay one month's bill as I didn't even get my dumpster until the end of the Jan. Somebody's lying, stupid, or just a plain thief.

      Paid a week in advance to have extra bags picked up for my 90 year old mom whose husband just passed. We helped her go through things to get rid of while we were there and paid for additional bags to be picked up on a credit card. Then they take the money and come and don’t pick up the bags we paid to have picked up and say oops we forgot and telling her to leave them for the following week. Then her condo association says they can’t be left at the curb and so now my 90 year old mom has to bring in 10 heavy trash bags because this company breached a contract and promise and in the process of bringing them in, she has a heart attack. So now we have an attorney and are suing this company over it

      Granger has been relatively difficult to deal with. The first issue I had was they took a dresser I had set out for someone to pick up. Then they charged my $50 additional for taking the dresser. The next issue has been more recently. Something happened and my auto pay did not work. They charged me the full rate plus two (2) $10 fees. When I paid the full rate it included the entire month of June. They skipped a pick up and refused to come get my trash. So I paid for a service they never provided. With these frustrations, I found another company that is $25 a quarter cheaper. When I informed Granger waste that I am switching companies, they told me I had to pay a $60 fee for them to come get their can. I said that is unacceptable and they said too bad its in our terms and conditions.

      I cancelled my service due to the high cost and received a bill for $60.00. When I called to find out what it was for, I was told it was for picking up the cart. Are you kidding me!! I paid them $116.00 for three months and my new service is $75.00 for three months with Tactical Trash. I dont feel I should have to pay for them to pick up their cart. Very dissatisfied with this company.

      This is the absolute worst waste company to deal with. I pay for a weekly pickup and sometimes the drivers choose to NOT pick up the trash. Today they took the empty cart away and left me the full one.

      misleading and inconsistent billing that sets consumers up for failure in paying their bill. There is a significant lack of communication that results in fees and removal of your garbage containers and a fee and untimely restoration of service. Unfortunately there is a lack of other options in the Lansing community
