    08/08/2024 Lebron Trash Hauling was contacted via text that we were no longer needing his trash removal services and going with a different company because we wanted more consistency with our trash services, at that time our trash had not been picked up in 7 weeks. We have had several weeks at a time when we received no service and no communication as to why it was no services. Upon this text communication Lebron replied back "that he feels he has been consistent and that he recently was in the hospital is why there were no services", he went on to text "he would have someone come by to pick up the container and a check" when ask about what check he proceeded to ask "how much do we owe" and "when's the last time we paid" we did not know off hand because we have not received any bills or invoices. He responded that "he does not do the billing and he would send the information over". He ask "what do we think we owe" and we figured $684 upon sending that text with that amount he stated that it did not seem correct. We gave him an email address to send us some information about the charges of services and we received an email with an invoice in the amount of $1,576.80 with a past due amount over 90 days in the amount of $1,456.80. While looking over the invoice we were charged for times when we received absolutely no services for months at a time. We went over the invoice re-calculated what it should be and sent an email to Lebron Trash Hauling regarding the discrepancy in the invoice and explained why the amount on the invoice is incorrect and that email was sent out on August 14, 2024 to Lebron Trash Hauling and as of this complaint August 18, 2024 Lebron Trash Hauling has yet to respond to the email nor has the container been picked up from the curb and it has been waiting to be picked up since August 1, 2024 as the trash has not been picked up either. We moved the trash from his container and put it in the new company trash receptacle.

    We moved into a residence and the previous owners used Lebron Trash Services and we decided to use a different service. He has not picked up the trash or his bin for over a month. We have been contacting him on a weekly basis and asking him to pick up the bin with the trash inside as we will not be using his service. He is now not returning phone calls and his bin has been by the curb for over a month and is starting to smell. All we want is for him to pick up his property (the bin) and the trash inside. If there is an issue with payment from the previous owners, he needs to settle that with them rather than refusal of picking up his property.
