    Hi BBB,I worked with both the company (Silk ******** ***** and my former apartment building repeatedly to try to resolve this. **** closed my case without resolving it and wouldn't answer calls or reopen it. Silk Maison wouldn't take responsibility by sending a replacement or refund. I'd (still) like a refund or replacement. A replacement's shipping address should be checked and verified with me prior to being sent.I asked the company if I could change my shipping address shortly after making the order. They said they'd check and get back to me, but that they'd either need me to submit a change of address with **** or that they'd send it to the new address on file. The company never got back to me about what I needed to do to receive the order ("due to restructuring of staff at the time", they missed it / forgot to update me), but I proactively decided to submit a change of address form anyway just in case.My address change was completed with **** prior to the item's delivery date. However, **** still delivered the item to my old address. I opened a **** case to address this and recover it.I called the former address's delivery room. They told me that it'd been marked as "return to sender", given that I no longer lived there, and sent proof of it having been marked this in their online system. I called to tell **** this, but found that they'd already closed the case (they'd told me they'd call back after checking with the old address's delivery room). My calls then went unanswered. At some point, I'd been told **** would've sent it back to Silk Maison and to contact them. I contacted Silk Maison, and they insisted that there was nothing to do as it'd been marked as 'delivered' by **** and that they (allegedly) had no return receipt. No one's been willing to take accountability nor progress made. I never received the item, the item's not at the former address, and I never received a refund. Reviews under 3 stars also seem to be hidden.8/18/22; $89.00
