    I had a water heater installed 5 years ago, no complaints. Fast forward to 7 months ago and the water heater failed. Called the company and they sent a tech on Saturday which cost 180. He was here 10 minutes and said it was leaking and needed to be replaced. He called it in and set the wheels in motion to get it replaced as it was under warranty. By the following Wednesday they came to replace the unit. I had to prepay 637 for labor plus the 180. I asked if we couldn't come to some agreement as that seemed very pricey to me. I never heard back from anyone and was unable to leave a ****** review at that time. I sent them an email on the next day stating my displeasure and how it seemed ridiculous that the cost for replacing it was the same as buying a new one. I was pretty mad and told them that I would never do business with them again. I was finally able to leave a ****** review giving them one star as no one had ever called me nor responded to my email. Yesterday there was a high pitched whining sound coming from around the heater. I called them, as this was under warranty, and was told someone would be there in 45 minutes. After three hours and 3 phone calls I heard back from **** who stated "you gave us a 1 star review on ******, why would I send someone there, find someone else". Fair enough but I should have been told that upfront. I did not realize that other companies would honor the warranty. They did state in their response to my review that they had tried multiple times to contact me and that I had refused other times to come to the house. I was called "stupid and selfish" in this response and that they had lost techs over "difficult customers like me". I NEVER treated the techs with disrespect, they are doing their job and did it well. My beef is with management and their lack of response to me after multiple attempts to contact them. Never will I call them again and I will tell everyone not to do business with this company.
