    I stayed for a business convention back in May over night. When I arrived at the hotel I advised them that I had a photo of the business card for check in. They said they needed the card physically here so I provided my personal card but advised them not to charge the room to it as this was a purchase for a business convention. My supervisor emailed them a credit card authorization form as they requested and sent it back the same day. Prior to check out, I advised them that the credit card authorization form had been completed and sent back as they requested by my supervisor same day as they requested and to use the credit card information from that upon check out. They assured me they would do just that upon check out. When I had a chance to check my bank account not only had they used my personal credit card to charge to pay for the reservation which I did not give them verbal approval to use it caused my bank account to overdraft which caused 4 separate *** charges to appear on my account.Both my supervisor and myself have contacted the hotel to resolve this issue and to be refunded for the over charge for the room and the *** charges that were incurred on my account. We have been hung up on, given the run around, and seen a clear lack of professionalism on the part of the business establishment.The last phone call my supervisor had was that the refund was "in process" with corporate. I have been waiting for over 1 month to have some form of resolution.We are also reaching out to the entity that utilizes the hotel to advise them, very strongly of this issue, and to ask them not to use the place of business in further conventions for our prevention and mental health conferences.I will never stay at the hotel again.
