    I had an appointment on Monday the first of this month to get my breathalyzer recalibrated. The day before my appointment I realized that my breathalyzer actually needed to be uninstalled on the 20th of October, I confirmed this week the State of Wisconsin that day I have been trying since for almost a month now to get this straightened out. I didn't go to the appointment because I didn't need a recalibration done,I needed get it uninstalled. I had to pay a missed appointment fee of 50 dollars. I made an appointment for following Tuesday to get the handheld recalibrate again so I didn't get locked out I simply don't have time to keep calling lifesaver to fix this problem no one answers the phone it's always we are experiencing high call volume, live chat didn't work either I have experienced anything like this. Thee absolute worst customer experience I've ever had P. S I had to use 1 Star rating to finish this. Believe me 1 Star is definitely a gift
