    Horrible place doesnt comply with resident Leases constantly in breach. Allowed pedophiles to live in park. When asked to fix something they are responsible for that is a hazard to residents and their property; like a child they give that person fake violations, threaten eviction and do not take care of what they are supposed to.

    I have been here almost 3 years. The management that took over is garbage. Last summer they brought in about ***** brand new trailers and asphalted at least 4 new parking space for 1 lot. Yes 1 lot!! All while the roads in the community are full of giant car eating pot holes, Both bridges to our mailboxes/office are unsafe to even be on and have been marked with cones for over a year and they now have added caution tape. The whole community has poison ivy all over in different spots. All of which has been brought to Managements attention and nothing is done to correct it. Claiming they spent thousands on the park last year.. But if it doesn't benefit them it doesn't happen... The verbal and written notices we are required to provided are being retaliated against. Instead of them fixing the problems when they are brought to their attention. They send out violations (some not even actually being given to the tenants as they claim they are) to the people bringing the issues to their attention and even threatening eviction for speaking up.. which is illegal! Avoid at all cost!!!
