    My vehicle was at Feldman Chevrolet from Jan - August 2023. When I was able to pick up my car again, there was a dashboard warning that said Service Tire Pressure Monitoring System. This system was working when my car went into the dealership in January. I called Feldman that day and was told that this was not an issue, and to not worry about it. In October, one of the four brand new tires went flat. I again brought up the same issue with the ***** this was not looked into at this point. Today, my vehicle AGAIN was in the shop for the same tire going flat. I once again brought up the ***** Now I am being told that it will cost $130 per tire to repair the system that was working when my car was dropped off in January 2023.

    Bought a new used, off-lease truck on March 3rd. Sales people were great, until I signed the paperwork. Now I find out, 20 days later, they never payed off my old ************ find out there are discrepancies in the paperwork. Then I find out the frame has mud stuffed into it and is rusting. I have had the truck back three times already and they have screwed me around, so now Im past the 10-day return window. They claim they are handling it, yet everything is lies. They claimed they were sanding on the frame to remove the rust, yet there are no sand marks on the frame. They have tried three times to align the truck and cant even get that right. Im so over this!!! Never buy from Feldman in Lansing.

    To Whom It May ******************** in response to ********************** complaint, ID ********, on 03/30/2024.

    *************** worked directly with both the Sales and Finance Manager to discuss and resolve any and all concerns. Mr. ******* vehicle was paid off on 3/21/2024 and the check was cleared on 3/27/2024. **************** went over his paperwork again with the Finance Manager so he could have a clearer understanding of how his contract read . **************** understood after his questions were answered and shown that there were no discrepancies.

    The Sales Manager and Service Manager took care of the alignment for **************** on 3/23/2024 as soon as we were notified that it was needed, we have record of one visit which is on 3/23/2024. Regarding the mud on the under carriage we cleaned and sprayed it down with a power washer. We also offered to buy him a car wash package to his local car wash that offered under carriage cleaning. **************** agreed that the power washing was the solution that worked best for him.

    There was no discussion of rust or sanding a frame with ****************.

    We addressed Mr. ******* concerns immediately upon notification.
