    Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! ******************************* was my representative and I can tell you ****** will lie to you, ****** will promise you everything under the sun to get you to sign the contracts! ****** lied to us tricked us and will talk to you and find any piece of information he can use against you, making you feel like he might not be able to due the loan? ****** never was going to do any of what he promised us! ****** promised us 84K NEVER HAPPENED!!! ****** promised AAG would take care of the property taxes and insurance? All AAG did was take 84K and put it on top of our balance!!! Keep in mind he promised us 84K in the beginning of his lies!!! MORE LIES!!! ****** pushed us very hard for an adjustable rate? I can not tell you why? I told him I wanted to stay with my fixed rate. He wound up doing what he wanted and put us into a adjustable rate!!! HE LIED AGAIN!!! Don't bother talking to his manager **** he fed me nothing but LIES!!! AAG SCAMS THE ELDERLY TRICKS YOU and LIES continually to get as much as they can from you and the hard work you worked for your home!!! Horrible company! I'M WARNING YOU GO ELSEWHERE!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK!!! THIS COMPANY SCAMS THE ELDERLY!!! PREYS ON **!!! No ********************* you cannot trust them!!! I'm sure your getting paid well for your commercials! If you only knew what they were doing to the elderly!!! I WILL NOT TRUST YOU ANYMORE ***!!!

    This Company constantly calls me on my land phone, days and late afternoons which my wife and I VERY STONGLY ARE ANNOYED AND ITTITATED!!! WE WANT THIS PRACTICE TO STOP NOW!!!

    We contacted AAG with the intention of applying for a reverse mortgage, we thought we were on our way to receiving our reverse mortgage, but not so, they put us in contact with this agent in ********** named ***** who started the process, we supplied everything they asked for we had to pay $675.00 dollars we did not have for a Property Appraisal since we are on a fixed income, than another $145.00 in order to go through a HUD school program about reverse mortgage which we completed, we were two weeks from closing everything went smoothly they said than out of the blue, this ***** calls us and informs us he cannot close the deal because there is a lean on our property . .we were horrified ! After all this time all of a sudden after spending money we did not have being on a fixed income this ***** with AAG says he can no longer help us, we are drained both mentally and emotionally, we don't have hardly any money to make our house note, because of all this unforseen expense. .it is horrible . .we called AAG and asked to speak with a Supervisor and was sent over to this women named ******, she contacted us informing us giving us a choice, do we want our money refunded or our Reverse mortgage, my husband stated, we want our Reverse mortgage, with that she said she would get back to us, we have been calling and calling, absolutely no response back from AAG . .horrible we are at our ***** end . .they should have researched our property before it ever got that far . .they Did Not !
