      Trees *** was hired by **************** to cut down a tree at the end of my drive in their right of way. They cut down the tree and caused considerable damage to the end of my driveway. The concrete is all cracked.....looks like a road map in that area. I called and someone from Trees *** came out and agreed that the damage was caused by the dropping of the tree and hired a concrete company to repair. The concrete company did not come the day we scheduled and when I called to see why , he said that ********************* from. Trees *** had told him not to proceed and that Trees was not reaponsible for the damage. I made several phone calls and left many messages with this ********************* with no reply whatsoever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I understand that damage can be caused when dropping a large tree but then it is the right thing to do to repair what you have damaged. Worse than that is the unprofessionalism of not returning phone calls to explain why you won't guarantee your work. Sorry but this company should not be hired by a larger. Company like *************** if this is the way they handle business and I would highly recommend that no one hire them privately either. Zero stars!! Unresponsible company!! Grow up and return a phone call!!!

      Trees *** butchered and destroyed personal property while cutting trees, trimming. Both my neighbors fences were broken by them. My yard ornaments were broken because of their inadequate works. They cut trees that were marked for trimming. Including an apple tree that was 35 years old and wasn't going to grow any longer. They lied about trimming them and I was threatened by them.
