I am an injured worker whose employer uses Accident Fund Insurance as their chosen Workers Comp provider. Accident Fund (AF) has had no contact with me for 2 months, their website went down suddenly and the claims adjuster stopped responding to any text, phone call and email I have sent. My health issues are being dragged out by having to wait for someone to figure out how to do their job and set up appointments for me since I cannot just set them up myself for WC, and I had to make a trip to the Emergency Room for swelling of an internal organ which has been an issue for nearly 4 months now but AF has not scheduled any sort of visit to have a specialist check into the organ(s) and I am now left in the dark with no idea what to do because I am getting no answers from the company and I cannot afford out of pocket the appointments. This company is supposed to be handling my case and they are not.

They are crooks and will not send any mail saying what you owe just a letter of sending to collections trash company.

They're insuring Cop City, a development where police have already murdered someone. They're profiting off of police brutality and environmental racism and they should feel ashamed of themselves.
