    I am disputing an account listed under my name with Security Credit Union, which was opened on 6/30/2016 with account number *********** and a high ********************** balance of $10,546.00.I did not open this account, and it is a result of identity theft. I have reported this to ***************** and am requesting that the account be removed from my credit report immediately.Please investigate this issue and correct my credit file as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I made an arrangement on April 11th to pay my car payment on April 26th and I would be making another payment on May 2nd and that would make my loan current. I called on the 26th to make the payment as scheduled and was told I couldnt make the payment because the car was in repo mode. So I asked what could I do after her giving me options she said as long as I paid $1032.00 before May 1st they wouldnt repossess my vehicle the next day I go to get in my vehicle and its gone after telling me they wouldnt until after May1st. I called Security Credit Union and after talking to several associates I was directed to supervisor ***** who said she reviewed the recording which all of their calls are on a recorded line ***** said I took the associates words the wrong way so I asked about the $1032.00 she gave some excuse that made no sense so I said to her does that make any sense Im going to give you $1032.00 and the car too. So I asked ***** if I could talk to someone higher than her she said she was the top boss I called back and the receptionist said what ***** said that ***** was top so I called again and this time I was directed to Beckys supervisor ***** who informed me he was going along with what ***** said I asked if he had listened to the recording he said no he didnt no how to retrieve the recordings he would have to get a manager to assist him and he would contact me on another day finally ***** called back and said there are no recordings of my conversations. They repossessed my vehicle last year in January and had to give it back because of the same problem wrong information. ***** also told me that they have to honor what was recorded which they did last year but not this time and anytime I try to call for any questions my calls are transferred to ***** and he wont return my calls
