Well records are available to the public and yet this wasn't pulled until there was a complication/issue. If this would have been pulled before hand you would have know there was a screen installed and wouldn't have kept yanking on it and get it stuck. Then proceed to go get a larger truck and not tell the customer that it will cost them $500 just for that alone. $1275 to have water turned back on that worked just fine before they came out.Find yourself a well company that will do what is best for the customer and not their bank account.

Yes well records are available, we didn't need to contact wellogic because we drilled the well in 1999 and we know the area he was in. Before we sent out techs, they knew most likely it was galvanized fittings in well to be changed out to brass. Customer was notified by me of what potential problem was and cost. Customer notified me per our initial phone conversation getting lots of sediment in his filters. As techs tried to pull pump, pump got stuck most likely due to sand from cycling in well and lodged pump so we could not set back down in well. As techs tried pulling again adapter broke off which was what I told customer on phone was most likely the problem. They could not pull pump by hand any longer as it was lodged in well. They notified customer they had to get a different truck to pull pump out. They got pump out and advised customer pump should go back down on sch 80 due to depth and pump is close to screens. Tech told customer every step we were going to do. Customers well is up and running. Customer had to leave and told techs he would call in morning for payment. He didn't so I called him at 3:30 and got cussed at, screamed at and hung up on. Never heard from him 2 weeks so I sent a letter explaining situation. Received a phone call with payment.
