    If I **uld, I would give this guardianship ** negative stars. They have been **mpletely non-responsive on nearly all Guardian cases for the facilities with which I work. Our facilities are out millions of dollars due to them neglecting to get ******** apps on file or responding so facility staff can do it for them. Many of these issues have had to be sent to an attorney for assistance, **sting the facilities even more money. I'm not even sure how they **uld possibly still be in business at this point. They are doing an immense disservice to all clients for which they are responsible.

    This has to be the worst guardianship service. The guardian the was appointed by the probate court to my mom has not seen my mom in over a year. This house she placed my mother in belonged to her grandmother, the steps are delipidated, there are bars on the doors that require an extra key to open. The lights in various rooms do not work, my mother was never provided with a hospital style bed for her unique injury. The light and cable have been disconnected at various times for lack of payment. Even though the guardian had full access to my mom's finances. They refused to allow family to visit without giving a 24hr phone call notice to which was never responded to. The list of things that are wrong are endless.
