  Why professional women chose to be blatantly disrespectful to other women who are clients will forever baffle me. I was horrified to watch the receptionist with a UM shirt disregard my grandmother who had been to the office earlier that week with my father. I was livid when another client walked in and was treated like *********************. When the receptionist finally deemed it prudent to offer us a drink, it was after she offered the other client, even though we had been waiting approximately 5-7 minutes longer than the LAST MINUTE TAX APPOINTMENT. My father had responded to the email and call earlier in the day, yet this receptionist acted as if she was **** from Finding Nemo, looked actually mentally confused as to what paper my grandmother would have to sign and then rudely dismissed us to sit because the paperwork for a three page return wasnt ready since I didnt alert them to the exact time my grandmother would be arriving since I have an actual professional career and was graciously escorting my 87 year old grandmother to place four signatures on an again three page return. The procedure to printe review and sign her return could have taken 5 minutes. Because of this offices reception, I will never be filing with any office of ****. I will ensure that my grandmother, father and family never spend another ***** to your office. I hope you read this and seriously review your office policy on how to treat clients of all ages and creeds.

  ************************* assisted me with a tax situation from several years ago that went unnoticed. **** was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process giving me updates on my case.   ***** was vey helpful and answered all my questions. Although I did not qualify for any reductions he took his time to answer all my questions and give some advice. Most people would be done with you when they realized they couldnt make any money off you. Thank You *****! I certainly hope anyone in a situation where they need help chooses **** And Associates.

  If you read one review, read this one! Our previous accountant prepared our return incorrectly & when they attempted to fix it, it then resulted in a full blown audit with a large amount owing, not to mention ********************* We contacted *********** immediately listened to our issues & concerns & went to work for us. After even more disorganization from the **** **** stuck it out with us and continued to defend our correct position. Please know that the *** hires outside 3rd parties to process returns & they are NOT always correct. Retaining help does cost money but it literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention peace of mind during which could have been a real nightmare if we wouldnt have gotten assistance. If youre up against the **** I cant recommend enough that you not go it alone. Tremendous thanks to ******************** & the entire ***************** for your professionalism and invaluable help! We are forever grateful!
