    My mom was a resident of ******************** in ************ since 2023. I paid the full ******* 2024 services in December, however she passed away on ******* 4th. According to her account, her estate was due a refund of $4,474.76 (not including ******* services provided prior to death). I was told the refund would be processed within 1 month. The refund has not been issued. I have made 8 calls and continue to get the run around. Apparently Randall sold to another company as of February 1. I am told we need to work with the new company, even though the timing indicates this is a Randall responsibility.I have reached out to the new owner who tells me it is a Randall issue.

    We agree that you are owed a refund for 21 days of January calculated at $4,474.36. However, the contract is with ********************, payment was made to ********************, and any refund is due from ********************. Randall Residence was providing management services to ********************. Our contract ended 2/1/24 and we have no authority or access to their accounts to provide the refund.

    I personally reached out to the owner of ******************** and new management group to encourage quick processing of this refund. They provided assurances today that a check has been issued and that *******************************, Executive Director at ********************, would call you with this information.
