    Watertight Roofing of Lawton Mark, you have ignored our calls and attemps to contact you. It has been a few months since we spoke briefly over the phone about our east gutter that you installed, leaking and you said you could fix it with some caulk. Well we have a pond up there due to backflow from gutters YOU installed. We have always been honest with you. But you are not being honest with us. For a business with 5 stars you would think not returning ph calls or calls being blocked by your secretary, that would be BAD for business. we were WILLING TO PAY YOU to fix this gutter! At the very least you should try to communicate or come and see the situation we have been TRYING to communicate to YOU

    First, let me start by stating that the gutters and gutter guard installation was completed fifteen (15) years ago. When I first talked with the customer, I let them know that I was fully booked for several weeks and could not attend to their request right away. A picture was provided, showing minimal debris in one corner of the gutter, which would fall under regular maintenance needs. During a separate call, the customer confirmed that no maintenance had been done on the gutters since the installation. Routine maintenance is necessary to keep the gutters and guards functioning properly, especially after such a long period without upkeep. On a later day, the customer left seven (7) messages over a ******* period. These messages escalated in tone, beginning with praise for my work"would like you to do the work because you do such a good job"and progressing to frustration and accusations"stop ignoring our calls" and "you do horrible work, you need to fix this, we were willing to pay." At the time of these calls, I was out on a job site and did not have access to the shop phone messages until later that evening around 7:30 pm. All of the messages are saved. The rapid escalation and volume of calls within such a short period were concerning. Given these circumstances, *** decided not to take on this work. The situation does not align with the positive and professional experience I strive to provide to all my clients. Thank you.Submitted: 08/08/2024

    I had the pleasure of working with this awesome company! They were extremely professional and very pleasant. The work was completed quickly and very well done. They cleaned up all the area and left me with an absolutely beautiful roof! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with any roof issues. They are amazing kind and very caring people!

    Water Tight was hired to replace the 20+ year roof of *************. The crew was very efficient, completing the job in just one day and that included the scrap clean-up. I am happy to give this company an A+ rating and would recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

    Mark and his crew have done 4 jobs for us in the last 20 years from a new shingle roof to rain gutters, repairing hail damage and most recently installing a new skylight, resealing a 3 reason porch roof and misc. other repairs. Every job they have been wonderful to work with. They are professional and do excellent work, every job was completed to very high standards. I cannot say enough nice things about their work and would highly recommend them.

    These people do a fantastic job. They are completely trustworthy and go above and beyond. They roofed our family home and did repairs on our ancestral family farm house.     Watertight Roofing Systems replaced the roof on our home several years ago and installed gutters. They did an exceptional job and everything still looks great. I recently lost my husband and was in need of someone to take the brackets off of the roof left behind by a satellite dish. I called and left a message and Mark stopped by to express his condolences and said they would take care of the bracket removal. The job is complete and I have peace of mind knowing it was done right and I won't have to deal with leaks down the road. Thanks Watertight, not only the prompt and professional service but for caring enough to help me out during a difficult time.
