    Originally went to have rear tint fixed and seen they sell and install stereos as well so I purchased a car stereo and also paid to have it installed after 9 hrs of back and forth with new pricing I agreed and stereo was finished the next morning my car was dead I called them he came to my home and disconnected more parts from my car stating their not needed and jumped my car 3 hrs later car was again dead and then came back over and stated I needed a new battery so I bought one and the next morning car was again dead I decided he will no longer take any more parts off my car so I took my car to downriver spring in ************ on *********** for repairs and as of this posting my car is still at **************** in ************ hooking up all the parts he disconnected and trying to figure out what he hooked up wrong or shorted out as he also disconnected the *** 2k pac or stereo brain which will be another $500 or more to correct whatever short they caused as these people should not be working on peoples vehicles taking out parts not knowing what their doing as money and time are valuable so is knowing you can trust the people working on your vehicle with out adding more cost after their paid for a job that should have been done right so I would appreciate half my money returned for a job only done wrong resulting in more expense!! I dont mind paying for a job done right but money dosent come easy as ** retired and cant afford to pay someone else for a job I thought I already paid for! This has been a huge inconvenience for myself and my wife I just want my car fixed instead of these people keep telling me I need new parts for a stereo and installation I bought from them! Downriver spring just called me while filing this complaint they said the installation is so badly done so many wires cut that control on star and other vital features he has taken photos and written everything up for the place its going to now!
