    *** was recommended to me by my neighbor who had the same issue with their chimney cleanout/access panel. He was very responsive and was able to take care of my issue within a week of scheduling. He explained to me what they would be doing and was very knowledgeable and professional. I almost paid $750 to a chimney repair company that couldn't even guarantee that the chimney wouldn't leak anymore after they tuck-point it. And they weren't going to do anything about the nasty looking basement wall with the panel. After my neighbor showed me their basement wall I knew I wanted to go with *** instead. They busted up the wall with the access panel and installed a dry-well and put a lovely heavy-duty cover over the opening. The wall looks so much better now. We had rain all day yesterday, it basically rained for 24 hours straight, but I haven't had any water in the basement! The price and expertise *** provided were phenomenal! Plus it came with a lifetime guarantee, so when I sell the house in 10 years or so, the next owners will have peace of mind knowing they can reach if they ever have questions or issues!
