    This review should count as two reviews because my nephew had his home done by Great Lakes Gutter and they did a great job on his house, part of my deciding factor. Let's start with Rob the sales representative, great guy! Rob gave helpful advice, and it didn't take long before you could tell Rob has years of experience installing gutters himself. Secondly and more importantly Rob wasn't high pressure, or one of those "today only pricing" like other companies.I told Rob that I do a lot of home improvement projects myself and that I'm very picky. His response was Great Lakes Gutter is picky to. So after leaving a small deposit the office scheduled my appointment for the installation in a timely manor. The installation team showed up on time and were well organized. **** was the lead installer, again he had years of experience installing gutters, because that's what they do, not roofs, not siding or wood decks, Great Lakes Gutter only does gutters.So to be honest I did have one gutter issue I was not happy with (told you I was picky).****, one of the installers gladly replaced one gutter I wasn't happy with and said he would replace it again if i wasn't 100% happy with how it looked. But I was, and totally happy with my whole experience start to finish. If you are looking to replace your gutters do yourself a favor and call Rob at Great Lakes Gutter.Best Regards,***** V
