10 years ago I had some chest pains. They told me that I needed to have an angioplasty. I told them that I did not and would not take medications. The next morning a nurse came in to discuss the medicated stents that were put in. I told her that I wasn't informed about the stents and they were put in without my knowledge or consent.Exactly a month later I had a stroke which may have been related to the stents. They falsified medical records. They listed a few medications which I didn't take. They stated they gave me 4 shots in the stomach to prevent cramps but it never happened. They billed me for a ****** that they ordered without consulting me. The ****** is still at the hospital. In August, 2021 I went in with some symptoms. When I told everyone that I refused to take medications and painkillers one doctor told me that she could hold me for a 72 psyche evaluation because I wouldn't take medications.

I have a serious spinal condition, and I am seeing by Academic Internal Medicine at Trinity health in ************. I had to have FMLA paperwork filled out because I have to retire from the post office as I can no longer do my job. The doctor filled out my FMLA paperwork, but left some stuff out that needed to be put in there, I received notice from FMLA that the doctor needed to put more information in there that shouldve been in there initially. when I called to have the doctor, fix what they shouldve done, I was told I had to make another appointment. My retirement pay does not start till February and I have no paycheck coming in. It was never a problem to bill me for my co-pay when a situation arise where I didnt have it and I needed to see the doctor, I have 14 days to get this paperwork back in and I was told I had to have another appointment in order for them to fix that. Which to me is unfair because they shouldve done that to begin with. When I told them I have no money coming until February. I was told they would not see me unless I had my co-pay, even though I am completely paid up , zero balance with co-pays to the clinic. ************** who is the office manager That she was going to have them tell me that I could not be seen unless I had my co-pay even though she knew I only have 10 days to get this paperwork back in and that they screwed up the first time and filling it out. I am a long time established patient who when I didnt have the co-pay was billed for it and always paid it and I believe the office manager did this in retaliation for me being upset and swearing in frustration at their refusal to fix my FMLA paperwork unless I made an appointment and got charged for an office visit. And then refusing to see me, unless I had the co-pay which they were always willing to work with me on before. This is poor **************** especially given that I have been a patient there for years, And theyve worked with me before on co-pays.
