    This company is the absolute worse. Weve been waiting for service on a dryer in the building for over a month. We called many times but to date its still out of service. At this point we will seek legal action and hopefully get this issue resolved.

    They do not fix any issues that their machines have. They will tell you to call their service number once you get too many refunds back on their app due to their machines not working correctly or just taking money from you. They tell you that they will send a technician out to fix the issue, but it seems that the issue or issues are never fixed or another will occur a week or two later. S***** company and product
