    From sales, to product, to install team: top notch on all!***** in sales was thorough, kind and honest. Kes and his team of installers (******, ******, ****, ****** and ***** were amazing in their pride of work down to the finest detail. Couldn't be happier, worth the price tag as you get what you pay for in windows and doors. Its now verified. Home is already cozier and warm.

    Crew that did original installation were professional and polite. After installation found some issues with product as some hardware was wrong color and windows were not flush to wall.After calling ******** a supervisor came out and agreed with installation concerns. New crew was sent out and all issues resolved. Second crew was very professional and polite. Fixed issues in timely manner and checked entire project. Overall good experience and company stood by their promises to get it right. Window's are really nice. Would be nice to give customers a check list of things to check after installation as they may not know what to look for after installation.

    We had our windows replaced by Renewal by ******** on January 10, 2023. **** and his crew were professional, courteous, and did a thorough job with cleanup. We are so beyond thrilled with our new windows. The noise reduction is awesome. They look beautiful. We would highly recommend Renewal by ********. Their product is worth every *****.

    The crew was professional and respectful. They were able to do all 18 windows in one day. Cleaned up after themselves and the widows look amazing.
