    We hired *****************, Ram design and contracting to add an extension to the East side of our home with a master bath and walk-in closet. He was to design a two-car garage also. We meet with him on September 21, 20**, and paid him $250. We were to receive the contract within a couple of weeks. It never came. He came to the home on October 21, 20**, with a contract that was full of errors. Blamed his staff. Blamed them for not sending out the contract earlier. He took the contract back to his office and returned with a contract not error-free and his fee increased by $55 per hour. Job # **-1215. We paid him $800 that day. On 12/9/** he called. said the plans were done and he would e-mail them. We never received them. She called him twice he was going to call her back. No response. We first saw the plans on 12/27/** and you had done a remodel of the inside of the home. You said that is what my wife asked for. Not true. You said you misunderstood (that's on you) because we were clear about what we wanted. You agreed to redue them and we could get them on 1/2/23. We were leaving on 12/31/** and you said you would focus on them and have them done on 12/31/**. We still do not have the plans, you have stated more than once they were done but they were not. We have been attempting to get this resolved but you are not returning any form of communication, I have sent you two certified letters and you have not responded to either. According to some documentation we acquired this is not the first time this has happened to a customer. I want a refund for the whole $1,050
