      I purchased a one year service agreement for my boiler on 12/10/2022 for $169. We had them out for a simple repair in January and again in June (which they deny but I have the invoice). I called today for my yearly (fall) maintenance and I was told they stopped servicing residential boilers in the summer. I asked the exact date because we have a one year agreement. The lady stated we already had our fall 2022 maintenance, which has not happened. They never informed us that they no longer service boilers and that our service agreement was no longer valid. They offered no refunds or remedies. Boiler still needs service, and the contact to do so is gone.
