1 starIf i could give zero stars i would. For the second time this week Big Lakes has cut the grass at ************** with zero concern that it is dismissal time or arrival time and that children and parents are everywhere. taking up numerous parking spaces at the most crucial time for parents to get in and being flat out rude to parents when asked if they could pause for the safety of the children. They use to be a quality and safe company but now they are poor quality and dont seem to care about safety at all of their customers or most of all children at the schools.Review fromJeff M

Illegally dumping waste from a neighbors yard in a residential neighborhood near my home. **** and disrespectful when told not to dump their waste.

Hello, and thank you for your review. Our crew was presented with some branches by a client during a fall cleanup. A member of our team dragged the branches back into the ***** adjacent to the client property. The branches were being returned to the *****. We received a call from someone notifying us of the situtation and their unhappiness with the branches being put in the *****. We apologized and immediately instructed the crew to stop putting branches there and to haul them away. At this point in time it was our understanding that the issue had been fully resolved. I also personally called the homeowner to follow up and ensure that the issue had been resolved. If any further assistance is needed feel free to give me a call.Jeff M

The owner of Big Lakes Lawncare personally reached out and sent someone over to clean up the yard waste left in our neighborhood the next day. He apologized for the comments his workers' comments made to my family after I privately shared the security video of the incident. It is apparent that he cares about the integrity of his business and the relationship of his workforce within the community. Thank you for your professionalism and swift response.
